UV laser engraving brings fine lines and controlled marking to suitable surfaces. Material, focus and settings all matter; we test them for the result the project needs.
The same practical approach carries through our 3D printing work: prepare the model, choose a material with the end use in mind, and refine the result.

About the studio
Small workshop. Hands-on attention.
FormFusion3D is an independent studio operated by Jean-Sébastien Deslauriers in Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac, on Montréal’s North Shore.
I bring approximately 16 years of mechanical design experience to projects involving concepts, fabrication drawings, prototypes and functional parts. My workshop uses Bambu Lab X1 Carbon printers and an A1 mini for 3D printing, alongside a UV laser for detailed engraving.
Each project starts with a practical discussion of what you need and what the process can realistically deliver.
